Jay-Z and Beyonce OTR II Beyonce and Jay-Z have just announced the second edition of their On The Run joint tour. There is no Tampa stop, unfortunately, but they will come to Orlando’s Camping World Stadium on Aug. 29. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday.
